Unlike other manufacturers, we follow our own way of perfection and taking care of minute things, while designing a perfect FIBC for our distributors. We do not care much about wearing ties and having luxurious offices, rather we take care to make it more cost efficient for our distributors to compete in the market and have a win-win position.

Process:

1. Choose the correct Fabric/Technical Textile for your FIBC.

2. Choose correct components for the attachments, including Loops, Blocks, threads etc.

3. Control the quality by pre-checking all components, before it goes to the bag-making floor.

4. Very neat bag making facility, for stitching the FIBC.

5. Testing of the first production sample on the bag test rig.

6. Packing and bailing.

7. Final inspection of ready bales/pallets.

8. Container loading, after confirmation of quality check.
